
Good Times Drive Thru Inc., a subsidiary of Golden-based Good Times Restaurants Inc., has secured its acquisition of the Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard venue in Parker, Colo., from a franchisee, according to a company announcement. The deal was finalized on May 22.
The restaurant’s parking lot has undergone resurfacing and restriping. Over the coming months, the company plans to implement its digital menu package and point-of-sale system, fresh signage, and upgraded landscaping. Exterior enhancements will also include installing new awnings, patio umbrellas, fresh paint, and improved lighting.
Company President Ryan Zink shared their initial step of increased operating hours on the first day of taking over. He said, “Over the next few months, we expect to complete our refresh of the restaurant.” Zink was eager to continue the groundwork laid by long-time franchisee John Felton, adding, “John has been a great partner for many years and has formed strong relationships with his guests. We wish him the very best, and know he will enjoy every moment of this next phase of life.”
Good Times Restaurants Inc., a regional quick-service concept, operates and franchises 31 Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard restaurants mainly in Colorado, via its wholly owned subsidiaries. The Company also operates and licenses 41 Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurants.
