Luxury home builder Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE:TOL) has announced the forthcoming construction of its newest community, Toll Brothers at Ken-Caryl Ranch. This new development, located at the junction of Alkire and Ken Caryl Parkway in Littleton, is expected to begin in the fall of 2024.
The 108-site community is set within the Ken-Caryl master plan. Toll Brothers will offer potential homeowners two distinct collections of luxury single-family homes, featuring extensive floor plans and customization opportunities. Home designs will range from 1,784 to 3,803+ square feet, with prices starting in the $800,000s.
“With floor plans designed for today’s buyers, Toll Brothers at Ken-Caryl Ranch will offer residents the best in luxury living in one of Littleton’s most desirable communities,” said Reggie Carveth, Division President of Toll Brothers in Denver. The development also offers access to a variety of local amenities including golf courses, hiking trails, and proximity to Denver’s sports arenas and stadiums.
In addition, Ken-Caryl residents will benefit from access to major highways, including State Highways 470 and 121, and U.S. Route 285, enabling easy commutes to Denver and Colorado Springs. Children in the area may attend schools within the well-regarded Jefferson County School District.
This announcement follows recent news of other upcoming Toll Brothers communities in the region, including Parkvue on the Platte scheduled for fall 2024 and Heights at DTC set to open in summer 2024.
