
Climb Credit Union, a $652 million Arvada-based financial institution, has announced the appointment of Jamie Johnson as senior vice president of member experience. Johnson brings 17 years of experience in the financial industry, with a track record of addressing complex challenges and implementing innovative solutions that drive progress.
Her leadership in the credit union sector has led to achieving industry-leading Net Promoter Scores. Johnson is recognized as a subject matter expert in elder fraud prevention, financial management and other financial industry topics. She has also led a transformative organizational initiative that enhanced member experiences and streamlined operations.
