Encore Electric appointed Stephanie Warren as the company’s new controller. Warren began her role Oct. 1, 2024.
In her position, Warren will manage the accounting practices of Encore Electric, which includes the preparation of financial reports, maintenance of accounting processes and controls and supervision and mentoring of the accounting team. “Since joining Encore Electric, Stephanie has worked to understand issues that others are working to solve,” said Encore Electric CFO Jeff Allen. “She approaches projects and people with incredible thoughtfulness and helps find solutions others maybe haven’t discovered.”
Warren joined Encore Electric in August 2020 as a senior accountant and was promoted to accounting manager a year later. She is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association and has participated in several Encore Electric leadership programs. Warren is a certified Construction Industry Financial Professional and a Certified Public Accountant.
Warren succeeds Sheri Padilla, the former Encore Electric controller, who has moved into an executive vice president role within the company.
Founded in 2003, Lakewood-based Encore Electric Inc. serves clients in the Rocky Mountain West, addressing complex and technical projects for developers and consumer brands with electrical construction, technology solutions and maintenance services.
