Noodles & Co. (NASDAQ: NDLS) is introducing a new lineup of specialty Mac & Cheese dishes in select markets, including Colorado, Ohio and Illinois. These dishes aim to bring fresh flavors and elevate the chain’s popular menu item known for delivering “Uncommon Goodness.”
The new offerings include Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese, Garlic Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese and Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese. Each dish features elbow noodles in creamy sauces topped with various ingredients to enhance the dining experience. Broomfield-based Noodles & Co. has partnered with The Culinary Edge for the development of these unique ingredients.
Noodles & Co.’s Wisconsin Mac & Cheese has been a best-seller for nearly 30 years, with more than 10 million bowls sold in 2023. “Our new specialty Mac & Cheese menu marks an exciting step forward for Noodles & Co. as we continue to elevate our offerings, including the cornerstone of our menu—Mac & Cheese,” said Scott Davis, chief concept officer at Noodles & Co.
In addition to the specialty Mac & Cheese, the brand is testing a new Chicken Riggie dish and offering a fresh Green Goddess Salad, Cajun Alfredo, along with elevated versions of other popular dishes. The company promises a Goodness Guarantee, allowing guests to exchange their entree for a different dish at no cost if they are not satisfied.
