DocuVault’s Colorado location in Lakewood has rebranded as GenVault, a bioinventory storage solutions provider. The change is intended to support existing clients in the Denver area while emphasizing New Jersey-based GenVault’s expertise in biological asset management, sample preservation and logistics for the life sciences sector.
As GenVault takes over operations, current DocuVault clients can expect the same service, ensuring continuity. The rebranding reflects GenVault’s goal of enhancing biological data and materials access for the global life sciences community.
GenVault aims to serve life sciences clients with flexible, secure, and efficient solutions that support advancements in cancer and genetic disease research. “Our dedication to excellence and community remains unwavering through this transition,” said Keith DiMarino, president and CEO. “GenVault will honor the foundation built by DocuVault in Colorado, expanding into sectors with the potential to make a substantial difference in medicine and biotechnology.”
GenVault will maintain DocuVault’s partnership with Denver-based nonprofit Bayaud Enterprises, which provides vocational opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This initiative focuses on document storage, scanning, shredding and hard drive destruction.
Looking ahead, GenVault plans to establish additional strategic locations nationwide in 2025 to meet the increasing demand for biorepository and storage solutions.
Founded in 2020 by Keith DiMarino, GenVault is a provider of regulated cold storage and logistics solutions for academic institutions, biotech firms, pharmaceutical companies and government entities.
