Climb Credit Union Names New VP of IT

Climb Credit Union, a $660 million Colorado financial institution based in Arvada, has appointed Deb Inoue as vice president of information technology.

Inoue brings more than 25 years of IT leadership experience and holds an MBA in IT Management. She specializes in infrastructure management, cybersecurity and process optimization. Her background includes implementing cloud migrations, system consolidations and enhancing business efficiencies with modern technologies.

Throughout her career, Inoue has aligned IT strategies with organizational goals across various industries, primarily in nonprofit sectors. She expressed eagerness to bring her expertise to Climb Credit Union, stating, “In my new role, I see an incredible opportunity to position Climb Credit Union as a leader in leveraging technology to deliver exceptional member experiences.”
