Natural Grocers, the Lakewood family-operated organic and natural grocery retailer, has introduced six new varieties of heat-and-serve soups to its house brand. This expansion caters to soup enthusiasts as winter approaches.
The new soups are Certified Organic, Non-GMO, and made with entirely plant-based, gluten- and dairy-free ingredients. Each soup is packaged in BPA-free pouches designed for resource efficiency, offering a lightweight alternative to traditional packaging that reduces energy use during production and transportation.
Raquel Isely, vice president of marketing at Natural Grocers, said, “We are thrilled to introduce six new soups to our shelves nationwide. From classics like Creamy Tomato and Butternut Squash to bold, outside-the-pouch flavors like Sauerkraut and Sweet Corn, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. These convenient 14 oz. packets are perfect to keep at home or take on the go for an easy lunch or quick meal.”
The new soup varieties include: Organic Butternut Squash Soup, Organic Creamy Tomato Soup, Organic Sauerkraut Soup, Organic Sweet Corn Soup, Organic Three Lentil Soup and Organic Vegan Chili Bean Soup.
All products are vegan-friendly, contain no artificial flavorings, additives, or preservatives, and are available nationally at a retail price of $4.49 per 14 oz. pouch.
Natural Grocers, established in 1955, currently offers more than 800 products under its house brand. Recent additions to their offerings include gourmet frozen Organic Wood Fired Pizza and two seasonal flavors of Organic Coffee. More products, such as Organic Wheat Pasta and Organic Pasta Sauce, made with biodynamic ingredients, are expected to arrive in stores soon.
