Lakewood-based KRTL Holding Group Inc. (OTC: KRTL) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, KRTL Biotech Inc., has acquired a 55% majority equity stake in Skidmore Companies LLC, now operating as Nutrivance Global. This acquisition aims to expand KRTL’s distribution of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) through Nutrivance Global’s established government and private networks.
A strategic aspect of the acquisition includes a sophisticated data platform that facilitates real-world decision-making. This capability allows Nutrivance Global to provide actionable insights, enhancing its ability to support efficient API deployment across its networks.
The partnership aims to improve the distribution of KRTL’s API portfolio while increasing access to FDA-approved food and beverage products and cosmetic lines for international markets. By integrating Nutrivance Global’s financial operations and establishing a revenue-sharing structure, the collaboration seeks to enhance management transparency and leverage distribution channels.
Nutrivance Global’s expertise in API distribution and its developed networks will bolster KRTL’s infrastructure, improving supply chain efficiency and regulatory compliance.
