
CoorsTek Inc., a Golden-based provider of engineered ceramics and advanced materials, appointed Chad Brenneise as chief financial officer, effective March 1.
Brenneise brings a decade of experience with CoorsTek to the role, having joined the company in 2015 as director of financial planning and analysis. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on progressively senior leadership positions, including vice president of finance, and most recently, vice president of strategy and finance. In his most recent role, he has overseen the company’s finance operations while leading mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy initiatives.
As CFO, Brenneise will oversee the CoorsTek global finance organization and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy. His responsibilities will encompass global financial planning, corporate development activities, investor relations, treasury and accounting functions. He will also continue to lead the company’s M&A strategy and maintain relationships with the investment community.

Before joining CoorsTek, Brenneise held positions with Deloitte & Touche and the Great Western Oil & Gas Co. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.
