
American Clean Resources Group Inc. (ACRG) has formed a seven-member development committee to guide the planning and execution of its $3 billion The Greenway to Power Renewable Energy Industrial Park in Esmeralda County, Nev. The committee aims to align with ACRG’s vision focused on sustainability, community engagement, innovation and long-term economic value.
The committee’s responsibilities include collaborating with ACRG’s organizational leadership, providing guidance to overcome financial and operational challenges during project execution, developing mitigation strategies for identified risks, promoting innovative technologies to enhance economic and social impacts, and ensuring contributions to sustainability and community empowerment.
“This project’s success hinges on the recruitment and deployment of unparalleled expertise, and we are confident that the individuals tapped to oversee its strategic planning, development and execution of this transformational venture have set an exceptionally high bar we intend to maintain,” said ACRG CEO Tawana Bain.
The committee members bring extensive expertise in contracting, renewable energy, civil engineering and industrial development. The committee members include:
Douglas Dunkin, PE, LEED AP – Owner of R&R Engineers – Surveyors Chair, Development Committee. Dunkin has more than 36 years of land development experience and oversees over 200 active projects globally.
Chris Schroeder, LEED AP – Vice President of Business Development and Associate Principal of BCER. Schroeder has 32 years of experience in MEP industrial design and has led major projects for clients such as Coors Brewery and Lockheed Martin.
Lisza Gulyas – Land Investment Specialist. Gulyas has a focus on renewable energy properties, helping investors acquire land for energy infrastructure projects.
Per S. Fjeld – Director of Engineering, Renewable Projects. Fjeld has 26 years of experience in engineering and project management, overseeing significant renewable energy projects across North America.
John Delzell – Founder of Delzell Management Group. Delzell has over 28 years of experience in diverse development sectors and has worked on large-scale projects throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Travis Martinez – Power Industry Consultant. Martinez has nearly 20 years of experience in the power delivery sector, specializing in project development and operations for utility clients.
Paul Renteria – Owner Southbay EDC. Renteria has more than 30 years as a contractor, focusing on design/build projects primarily for the Federal Government.
The Greenway to Power project is expected to create economic opportunities in Nevada and support the development of clean energy and industrial production. ACRG aims to generate up to 5,000 new jobs, enhance energy independence, and promote sustainable industrial activities through this initiative.
