Natural Grocers, the Lakewood organic and natural grocery retailer, has added Organic Kombucha and Organic Raw Tepache to its private-label lineup. The new products come in eight flavors, expanding the beverage category under the Natural Grocers Brand.
The raw, probiotic-rich beverages are crafted using Certified Colorado Rocky Mountain Spring Water and flavored with organic fruit juices. The Organic Raw Kombucha is made with tea sourced from the Himalayas, combined with organic evaporated cane sugar and organic fruit. It contains live probiotics, enzymes and antioxidants.
The kombucha line includes:
- Organic Blueberry Ginger
- Organic Ginger
- Organic Pineapple Passion Fruit
- Organic Raspberry Hibiscus
- Organic Raspberry Lemon Ginger
- Organic Tangerine Blood Orange
The Organic Raw Tepache, inspired by a traditional Mexican and South American beverage, uses organic pineapple instead of the customary fermented corn and sugar, creating a fizzy, fruity drink. The tepache varieties are:
- Organic Citrus
- Organic Mango Chili
Established in 2016, the Natural Grocers Brand now includes more than 800 products available exclusively at Natural Grocers stores. Recent additions include Organic Coffee Pods, with more products like Organic Coconut Water set to launch soon.
