Viega North America Appoints New Chief Customer Officer

Viega LLC has named Todd Schwarzenbach as its new chief customer officer, effective April 7. In this role, he will work on creating a unified strategy for the customer organization and ensuring team alignment while promoting a customer-focused approach to growth.

“Todd is a people-first leader who believes that success is built on strong relationships, both with customers and across internal functions,” said Marki Huston, CEO of Broomfield-based Viega North America. “He values trust, collaboration and teamwork and was drawn to Viega not only for our products and market potential but for our culture and commitment to excellence.”

Schwarzenbach has more than 24 years of commercial leadership experience, along with seven years as a captain in the U.S. Air Force. He has a history of leading businesses, building high-performing teams, and driving market growth in industries such as industrial, defense, health care and safety. His experience gives him a strong understanding of distribution, contractor engagement and market influence through trust and collaboration.

Viega North America is a subsidiary of the Viega Group, which has more than 125 years experience in building technology. Viega specializes in metal piping systems, catering to industrial, commercial and residential markets, and employs more than 5,500 people across 10 locations worldwide while producing more than 17,000 products and systems.
