CCU Makes Rina Campbell Assistant VP

LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Colorado Christian University (CCU) has announced the appointment of Rina Campbell as Assistant Vice President of Traditional Enrollment for the College of Undergraduate Studies. Campbell brings over 20 years of leadership in enrollment management from various Christ-centered institutions, along with experience in enrollment consultancy.

Her career includes executive roles at Fresno Pacific University, Concordia University Irvine, San Diego Christian College, and most recently, serving as Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Planning at enrollmentFUEL.

In her previous role at enrollmentFUEL, Campbell provided strategic consulting on student recruitment, retention, and net tuition revenue optimization, equipping her for her new position at CCU. She will oversee traditional undergraduate enrollment operations and strategy, leading recruitment efforts, enrollment services, and student support initiatives focused on mission-fit students.

Her leadership experience encompasses the entire enrollment lifecycle, including admissions, financial services, strategic planning, and institutional partnerships. Campbell holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Educational Ministries from Vanguard University.

Throughout her career, she has been recognized for exceeding enrollment goals, improving operational effectiveness, and fostering data-informed decision-making rooted in Christian values.
