Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii has signed a multi-unit franchise agreement to open three locations in Colorado. The first location in Boulder is anticipated to launch in August 2025, followed by additional sites planned for Lakewood in Jefferson County, and Castle Rock.
This move is part of Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii’s broader strategy to expand in promising markets nationwide. The agreement was signed by Beth Deasy, an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in franchising and a background in corporate law, real estate and business development. Deasy has successfully operated three childcare centers in the Denver area for the past two decades and is seeking to align her new venture with her personal passions.
“I’ve always believed in the power of franchising when it’s done right, and I wanted to find a brand that truly supports its franchisees while aligning with my values,” said Deasy. “Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii stood out because of its commitment to franchisee success and its exceptional product. I’ve always loved Hawaiian coffee, and this franchise gives me the perfect opportunity to bring a taste of Hawaii to Colorado while creating a welcoming community space.”
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii focuses on fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration among franchisees, offering a proven business model and innovative technology. The brand aims to provide a compelling franchise opportunity through its unique blend of Hawaiian culture and responsible growth.
