
Aventia, a Lakewood-based platform providing environmental service solutions, has acquired Habitat Management Inc. (HMI), a firm specializing in natural resource management and ecological consulting. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Englewood, Colo., HMI has decades of field experience and project management expertise, focusing on environmental projects, land reclamation, permitting and regulatory affairs. Since its founding in 1995, HMI has expanded its services to include water resources and environmental consulting.
Aventia, established in July 2022 by Bernhard Capital Partners, offers a wide range of environmental and technology-driven solutions to public and private-sector clients. The acquisition of HMI marks Aventia’s fifth purchase, enhancing its natural resource management capabilities and its on-the-ground experience in the Rocky Mountain region.
