Lakewood-based Natural Grocers has completed a full remodel of its Cherry Knolls location in Centennial. The store, located at 6774 S. University Blvd., will reopen to the public on Sept. 12, 2025.
The remodel brings a number of updates focused on sustainability and customer convenience. The store now features energy-efficient lighting, non-toxic building materials, and a redesigned layout aimed at improving traffic flow and efficiency.
Shoppers will find expanded departments, including a larger selection of 100% USDA certified organic produce, an upgraded body care section, and an expanded supplement department with over 5,000 products. A newly added Nutrition Education Center will serve as a space for wellness classes, demonstrations, and community events.
The checkout area has also been redesigned with a streamlined queue system to improve the shopping experience.
Despite the updates, the store maintains its focus on offering natural and organic groceries, household products, and dietary supplements at what the company calls “Always Affordable” pricing. The Cherry Knolls location will continue to offer free health coaching and participate in Natural Grocers’ “Bring Your Own Bag” program, which supports Food Bank of the Rockies.
The Sept. 12 reopening will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and other community-focused events.
