
St. John Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate development and management company with 16 offices across the country including a significant operation based in Golden, has promoted Lacey Johansson to Vice President, Leasing. Johansson joined the company in 2012 and has over 23 years of experience in real estate, marketing, and sales.
In her new role, Johansson will oversee the leasing of nearly 3.5 million square feet of commercial office and flex/R&D space in the Baltimore area, particularly in the BWI Business Corridor. Her responsibilities include negotiating leases, attracting new tenants, and managing relationships with current clients. Additionally, she is known for her strong connections with local brokerage professionals and plays a key role in mentoring participants in the company’s Partner in Training program.
Johansson holds a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Marketing and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University, along with a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
She is an active member of NAIOP Maryland, serves as Secretary on The BWI Business Partnership Board of Directors, and is part of the University of Baltimore’s Real Estate Advisory Board. Her promotion highlights her significant contributions to the company’s success, noted by Matt Lenihan, Executive Vice President of Leasing, who described her impact on leasing opportunities and team leadership.
