Toeroek Wins $9.4M Defense Contract

Toeroek Associates Inc., based in Lakewood, has been awarded a contract valued at $9,368,688 by the U.S. Department of War for support of the Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP). This cost-plus-fixed-fee contract was announced for September 30, 2025, and includes all optional line items.

The tasks involved in this contract encompass various compliance support functions related to arms control treaties, including the Chemical Weapons Convention and the Biological Weapons Convention. Additionally, the work will cover strategic analysis, research, exercise development, and program management support for NTIP, which is a matrix support organization. The contract also supports a foreign military sale to the United Kingdom.

Work will primarily take place in Alexandria, Virginia (60%), and Washington, D.C. (40%), with project completion anticipated by September 30, 2030. The task order was awarded on a competitive basis as a small business set aside under the GSA OASIS multiple award contract program.
