According to recently released data for the fourth quarter of 2025, 25 local companies received loans aimed at fueling expansion, supporting operations, and preserving dozens of local jobs.

The influx of capital is expected to support at least 74 jobs across the county, reinforcing the vital role of small enterprises in the regional economy.

  • Levitt Investments LLC, specializing in interior design services, followed with $1.24 million from KeyBank National Association.

While Arvada dominated the top spots, the funding was distributed across the county’s diverse landscape. Lakewood businesses followed with over $2 million in loans, including a $600,000 investment in Rocky Mountain Minerals LLC, a professional services firm.
