The Colorado Christian University Endowment Foundation (CCUEF) has achieved a significant milestone by approving $1,046,336 in annual distributions for Fiscal Year 2027. This marks the first time that annual support has exceeded $1 million, aimed at bolstering student scholarships, faculty awards, and academic initiatives.
“This milestone represents far more than financial growth,” said Eric Hogue, President of Colorado Christian University. “It reflects lives changed, barriers removed, and a deep commitment to ensuring that students called to Christ-centered education can pursue it without unnecessary financial burden. Every dollar distributed represents an investment in a future leader.”
The endowment’s growth is illustrated by its support of 195 students in 2025, nearly double the number served in 2019 when 101 students received assistance. The number of endowment funds increased from 55 to 87 during this time, while total assets rose from $5.2 million to $15 million.
“This remarkable growth demonstrates the faithful generosity of donors who believe deeply in CCU’s mission,” said Daniel LaBry, President of the CCU Endowment Foundation and Vice President of University Advancement. “The million-dollar milestone we’re celebrating is not simply a measure of dollars — it is a celebration of students’ lives being transformed and futures being shaped for Christ.”
The CCUEF emphasizes its long-term vision to enhance resources to ensure that all qualified students can access a Christ-centered education. The foundation aims to expand its support through strategic stewardship and collaboration, preparing graduates to positively influence culture.
The CCU Endowment Foundation Board oversees the management of these endowment resources, ensuring sustainability and responsible stewardship.
