Report: YTD Average Jeffco Home Sale Prices

The most recent data from Jefferson County, Colorado shows trends in the average sale prices for single family homes across various cities, with sales included from those with at least two transactions within a trailing month.

As of February 5, 2024, Morrison leads the county with an average home sale price of $1,111,462 derived from eight home sales. Following closely is Evergreen, recording six home sales with an average sale price of $1,100,500.

Golden shows a slight dip in average sale price, standing at $841,571 across seven home sales. Meanwhile, Lakewood registers 35 home trades at an average price of $744,769, making it one of the cities with the highest volume of sales.

With 30 home sales, Arvada touts an average home sale price of $727,219. Littleton, on the other hand, had 27 home sales at an average price of $664,588.

Wheat Ridge and Westminster report lower average home sale prices compared to other cities in Jefferson County. The former had eight home sales at an average sale price of $604,034, while the latter had six home sales with an average sale price of $506,217.
