Life Time Inc. (NYSE: LTH) has launched its seventh Colorado location — the Denver West Athletic Country Club. The new facility, which sprawls across three stories and nearly 111,000 square feet, situates in the foothills of Wheat Ridge and brings a unique health, wellness, and work experience to its patrons.
The extensive club features amenities aimed at promoting healthy and happy lifestyles for all age groups, ranging from 90 days old to 90 years. Highlights include an expansive workout floor, seven pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a waterslide, a dedicated Kids Academy ideal for learning and playing, a fast-casual LifeCafe restaurant, and a full-service LifeSpa. The gym also boasts luxurious locker rooms equipped with rejuvenation suites and cold-plunge pools.

The Denver West club will grant its members access to more than 130 group fitness classes each week. The gym’s six dedicated studios will host classes in barre, boxing/kickboxing, cardio, cycle, dance, Pilates, strength, and yoga. Alongside its varied fitness schedule, one-on-one workout guidance and programs will also be on offer. The club will offer specific programming targeting the older demographic of active agers aged 55 and over.
The gym also features a spacious Life Time Work Lounge for members who opt to combine their work and workout routine. The workspace includes sit-to-stand desks, an open table, library-like seating areas, a conference room, and printing facilities.
Situated in addition to the company’s already established sites in Centennial, Cherry Creek, Colorado Springs, Flatirons, Parker, and Westminster, the new Denver West club marks Life Time’s ongoing expansion across Colorado.
