Data analysis from the latest Residential Real Estate Brokerages in Jefferson County list reveals a diverse distribution of residential real estate agents based across the county’s cities.
Arvada leads the pack with 419 real estate agents, the majority of which work at larger brokerages JPAR – Modern Real Estate and Keller Williams Avenues Realty LLC.
Following Arvada is Lakewood with 393 agents, Evergreen with 101, Golden with 54, and Littleton with 46. The count decreases further with 40 agents in Westminster and 10 in Conifer.
The cities of Morrison, Edgewater, and Wheat Ridge reported the lowest numbers of residential real estate agents: Morrison 4, Edgewater 3, and Wheat Ridge 2.
In terms of number of residential real estate brokerage office locations, Lakewood emerges at top of the list with 22 brokerage offices, followed by Arvada with 16. Golden is the third highest, housing 9 brokerages within its city limits. Evergreen has 8 brokerages whereas Littleton is shown to have 3 brokerages.
The cities of Morrison and Wheat Ridge each have 2 real estate brokerages. On the lower end, Conifer, Westminster, and Edgewater each have one brokerage, according to the collected data.
This distribution of brokerages is based strictly on records included in the Residential Real Estate Brokerages in Jefferson County list. Combined, the 59 brokerages on the list reflect 1,077 residential real estate agents within the county.
