Our list of Minority-Owned Small Businesses, which includes 55 businesses in Jefferson County, have collectively posted a net increase of four employees in the last three months and currently the group is posting 67 jobs in aggregate. Littleton-based engineering firm, Sherpa 6 Inc., which has gained four employees and currently shows 26 job openings, according to LinkedIn data, leads the group for growth indicators in the last quarter.
Ranked second is ADC Management Services Inc., based in Lakewood, with two new employees and 10 job postings. Golden-based IT services firm, Research Management Consultants Inc. follows in the third place, also adding two employees to its roster. Citrine LLC, another company based in Lakewood, occupies the fourth spot with two newly recruited employees and currently with seven job openings.
In the fifth position is Tea With Tae of Golden, having added two employees over the last quarter. Xentity Corp., a data consulting firm from Golden, is sixth on the list with one new hire and one job posting.
