Noodles & Co. Appoints EVP of Marketing

Noodles & Co. (NASDAQ: NDLS) has named Stephen Kennedy as its new executive vice president of marketing, effective Nov. 18. He will lead the company’s brand strategy and customer growth initiatives.

Kennedy most recently held the position of vice president of growth and strategy at Bounteous, where he developed digital strategies that enhanced brand experiences. At Nestle USA, he led the Marketing Enablement and Consumer Experience teams, focusing on increasing media ROI, social engagement and e-commerce sales through data-driven approaches.

During his nine years at Domino’s, Kennedy played a key role in driving record sales growth. He was instrumental in guiding the insights team on successful product launches and promotions, including Domino’s Pan Pizza and the $5.99 Mix and Match deal. He also managed the award-winning Piece of the Pie Rewards program while overseeing digital marketing efforts.

Kennedy began his career in marketing at Borders Group Inc., managing CRM and loyalty marketing teams. His work has earned him numerous awards from organizations like Loyalty 360, The ARF David Ogilvy Awards and The Effie Awards.
