Holidaily Brewing Launches Crowdfunding Campaign for Expansion

Golden-based Holidaily Brewing Co., a women-owned gluten-free brewery, has launched its first crowdfunding campaign on Start Engine. The initiative aims to support growth and expansion as demand for gluten-free products rises.

Recently, the brewery received recognition from the US Chamber of Commerce as a Top 100 Small Business and won a gold medal at the Great American Beerfest. This campaign allows fans, gluten-free consumers and craft beer enthusiasts to invest in the company as it moves forward.

Founded in 2016 by two-time cancer survivor Karen Hertz, Holidaily Brewing aims to provide craft beer for the nearly 30% of U.S. adults who are gluten intolerant, have celiac disease or are eliminating gluten from their diets. The brewery’s flagship product, Favorite Blonde Ale, is the top-selling gluten-free beer in the U.S., with a reported sales increase of 1,700% since its inception.

As gluten-free diets gain popularity, with 100 million U.S. adults actively reducing or eliminating gluten, the market for gluten-free craft beer is expanding. A study in the Journal of Translational Gastroenterology points to health concerns around gluten, highlighting the need for gluten-free alternatives.

Currently distributing in nine states including Colorado, Texas and California, Holidaily plans further expansion and is exploring sustainable packaging solutions and innovative flavors. “The future is bright for Holidaily, and we are ready to bring our beers to even more people across the country,” Hertz said. “Our crowdfunding campaign will help us fuel this growth and continue our mission of crafting exceptional gluten-free beers.
