Johnson Fistel LLP Files Class Action Lawsuit Against DMC Global

San Diego-based Johnson Fistel LLP has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of all purchasers of DMC Global Inc. (NASDAQ: BOOM) securities from May 3, 2024, to Nov. 4, 2024, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. The case is captioned Garson v. DMC Global Inc., Civil Action No. 1:24-cv-03387.

The lawsuit alleges that Broomfield-based DMC Global and certain top executives violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by making materially false and misleading statements and failing to disclose adverse facts about DMC Global’s business operations and prospects during the Class Period. Key allegations include overstated goodwill associated with the company’s Acadia Products segment, inadequate internal systems affecting operations, and misrepresentations of financial results.

Investors interested in joining the lawsuit as lead plaintiff must file a motion with the court within 60 days.
