ACRG Launches $3B Renewable Energy Industrial Park in Nevada

American Clean Resources Group (ACRG) plans to develop a $3 billion renewable energy industrial park in Esmeralda County, Nevada, expected to begin engineering and design preparations in the first quarter of 2025. The project aims to generate clean energy while boosting industrial production, economic growth and job opportunities.

Based Lakewood, ACRG, led by CEO Tawana Bain, anticipates that The Greenway to Power Renewable Energy Industrial Park will create approximately 5,000 jobs and serve as a catalyst for sustainable industrial development. “The Greenway to Power Renewable Energy Industrial Park will set new standards for environmental sustainability and community prosperity, all while supporting ACRG’s dual commitment to creating a hub for net-zero emissions and spurring economic development,” Bain said.

To achieve its goals, ACRG has partnered with STRATA Design & Planning and R&R Engineers-Surveyors Inc., both based in Denver. These firms will handle land surveying, civil engineering due diligence, mapping, land use plan development and a detailed site plan by early summer. R&R CEO Douglas Dunkin called the project “groundbreaking,” noting the importance of innovative engineering and precise planning in the development process.

The industrial park will focus on attracting various tenants, including data centers, AI server farms, industrial storage and waste-to-energy companies. ACRG aims to integrate advanced solar, wind and battery storage technologies. “The cultivation of renewable energy sources remains a vital component of successful 21st-century economic growth and development campaigns, especially when the boundaries being pushed are fueled by the strategic deployment of existing local resources,” Bain said.

ACRG emphasizes a comprehensive approach to resource management and the environmentally safe processing of precious minerals and metals to support climate change reduction and strengthen the U.S. supply chain. “Our unique value proposition lies in our existing grounded assets, proximity to major interstates and local railways and unmatched capability to sell excess power from our next generation renewable energy park through self-service power generation. This is what innovation looks like,” Bain said.
