
AbsenceSoft has appointed Jess Keeney as its new chief executive officer, effective July 21, 2025. Keeney, who brings nearly two decades of experience in product innovation and technology, is set to lead the company into its next growth phase.
Most recently, Keeney was the chief product and technology officer at Duck Creek Technologies, where she modernized the company’s product portfolio and enhanced its cloud capabilities. She has also held senior leadership positions at ZoomInfo and UKG, focusing on product development and improving customer experiences.
Hollie Haynes, founder and managing partner at Luminate Capital Partners, expressed enthusiasm for Keeney’s leadership, highlighting her track record in scaling enterprise technology products and her commitment to innovation.
Golden-based AbsenceSoft provides absence management solutions for more than 300 employers and supports more than 6.5 million people. The platform aims to simplify leave processes, ensuring compliance while enhancing employee experiences.
Keeney stated that leading AbsenceSoft during this transformative time is a significant opportunity, emphasizing the importance of flexibility and personalization in today’s workplace.
