Tangicloud Reports 100% Customer Renewal Rate Following Acquisition by Univerus

Tangicloud Technologies Inc., a Microsoft-certified provider of ERP software for nonprofits and government agencies, reported a 100% customer renewal rate for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The announcement follows the company’s recent acquisition by Canadian enterprise software firm Univerus, finalized earlier this month.

Tangicloud, based in Littleton, is now operating as part of Univerus and serves more than 330 organizations globally. Its cloud-based ERP platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supports more than 1,500 users. The company attributes its customer retention rate to regular software updates, client support and its experience implementing systems for mission-driven organizations.

“This achievement underscores the strength of our customer relationships and the value of our product,” said Jay Malik, founder of Tangicloud and now executive vice president at Univerus. He said the acquisition provides an opportunity to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.

Univerus, headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, said the addition of Tangicloud will strengthen its offerings for municipalities, utilities and nonprofit organizations. Tangicloud’s software will become part of the broader Unity ERP ecosystem, which is used by more than 3,500 organizations across sectors including government, health and safety, recreation and construction.

Tangicloud is expected to continue developing its product offerings while maintaining a focus on serving nonprofit and public sector clients.
