Updation.ai has named Ralph Perkins as chief operating officer and co-founder. Perkins will guide the Littleton company’s operational strategy and systems development, focusing on product delivery, customer success, finance, vendor performance and compliance.
He will work closely with CEO and Co-Founder Layton Judd to scale operations, improve fintech infrastructure and increase adoption among automotive dealerships and other businesses with multiple locations. Perkins has prior experience as chief operating officer managing dealership operations and senior leadership roles at Potamkin Automotive Group overseeing national operations.
Perkins emphasized his commitment to address challenges faced by businesses regarding vendor management, saying, “I joined Updation because I believe we are solving a significant and often overlooked problem for businesses, particularly dealerships, that need more control, transparency and intelligence in managing vendors and spend.”
