La Cantina Evergreen has announced its closure via a message on its website. The management expressed gratitude to the community for their unwavering support throughout its operation. The announcement reads, “After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. While this chapter is coming to a close, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible community that has surrounded us.” They added, “We may be closing, but we hope this is not goodbye — only ‘see you later.’ Stay tuned for what’s next!”
La Cantina operated as a trade name of Parkside Cafe LLC, which was registered in 2020. The owner, Craig Caldwell, established Parkside Cafe in January 2019.
With this closure, the restaurant landscape in Evergreen changes as La Cantina was one of the few local options for Mexican cuisine.
