Jeffco BdB has expanded the businesses considered for its Jeffco 500 list of high-performing businesses, resulting in some new brands appearing on the list for the first time. The highest-ranked company, new to the list, is Xero Shoes with a Super Score of 87, followed closely by Noodles & Co and Kong Company, with scores of 86 and 84, respectively.
As before, the list indicates a diverse industry representation among the top 50 entries. The breakdown includes companies in sectors such as Financial Services, Education, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. Manufacturing saw three companies in the top rankings. Financial services were represented by three firms, while the hospitality sector had two entries. Notably, five companies in the top 10, including Mrs. Fields and ASEC, recorded Super Scores of 84.
The list is ranked by Jeffco BdB’s proprietary Super Score, which considers growth indicators, visibility and size relative to peers when assigning a score of 1-100 to each business on the list. Only businesses with a score of 50 or higher appear on the list. Scores update nightly.
