Vail Resorts Unveils New Dining Options

Vail Resorts is set to transform dining at its Colorado mountain destinations this winter, introducing a range of new food and beverage experiences. The company aims to enhance guest experiences at Breckenridge, Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek, and Keystone with bold flavors and local character.

At Breckenridge Ski Resort, new dining concepts will be available across the Five Peaks and Main Street. Vail is also partnering with Outer Range Brewing Co., a local brewery, to bring Colorado’s craft beer culture to the forefront, with special beer offerings at its resorts.

Marissa Frutchey, Senior Director of Food & Beverage at Breckenridge Ski Resort, emphasized that mountain dining is about creating memorable moments that reflect the unique energy and culture of each location. Epic Pass holders will receive discounts on food and beverage, encouraging them to try the new offerings.

Breckenridge will feature various dining experiences, including the Maggie Waffle Shop and the Maggie Kitchen & Taphouse, which will offer live music and local comfort food. Vail Mountain will present a Martini Lunch for Two and other European-inspired dining options. Beaver Creek will host its Alpine Table event, featuring a multi-course menu crafted by renowned chefs, while Keystone will introduce the Dog Cat, a mobile food station for quick snacks on the slopes.

These enhancements are part of Vail Resorts’ commitment to providing a memorable culinary experience for guests, combining the beauty of the Colorado mountains with creative dining options.
