Allergy Free Baking Company to Close

The Allergy Free Baking Company announced in an email to its customers today that it will be closing its doors on January 31, 2026. The decision comes after careful consideration by the owner, Elizabeth Kuetemeyer, who expressed gratitude for the support and loyalty shown by customers over the years.

The owner emphasized that the bakery has been a significant part of their life and cited long-term sustainability and the ability to run the business in a healthy manner as key reasons for the closure. While the bakery will cease operations, the owner is exploring the possibility of starting a smaller, home-based bakery focused on a few customer favorites, potentially offering shipping and delivery within Colorado.

As they move towards this transition, the owner is seeking feedback from customers to gauge interest in the smaller bakery concept. Until the closure, the bakery will continue to operate normally, encouraging customers to visit during the final month of service. Thank you was extended to the community for their support throughout the journey.
