
Colorado Estate Planning Law Center has announced the addition of Caroline Poole as an Associate Attorney, enhancing the firm’s estate planning practice across the Colorado Front Range.
Caroline Poole brings a strong background in probate and litigation to the firm, following her recent move from Arkansas where she practiced law for the State of Arkansas. Her previous experience in state government provided her with significant courtroom exposure and insight into complex legal issues impacting individuals and families. Additionally, she worked as a Staff Attorney with the Center for Arkansas Legal Services, focusing on property and housing issues.
In her role at Colorado Estate Planning Law Center, Poole will concentrate on probate and related proceedings, helping clients navigate estate administration, contested matters, and trust disputes. Her client-centered approach and experience position her as a valuable resource for families dealing with important legal transitions.
Poole is a member of both the Colorado Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association and is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas, graduating cum laude.
