Lakewood-based Pinkard Construction has finished building the Krisana Apartments complex in southeast Denver. Developed in partnership with Kentro Group, Lexton McDermott and Lewis Himes Associates, the $30 million complex spans 162,000 square feet and consists of 151 units of deed-restricted, affordable housing. The four-story building includes 21 studio, 71 one-bedroom and 59 two-bedroom apartments, available
