Belmar, a hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Lakewood, Colorado, has welcomed internet service provider Google Fiber to its distinguished list of tenants. Located in Belmar’s plaza, Google Fiber has secured over 13,000 square feet of prime space as the complex is gearing up to celebrate its 20th anniversary in May.

Belmar, home to 3,500 residents and featuring over 1.5 million square feet of retail, office, and entertainment space, successfully blends a diverse range of local boutiques and national brands.
