Beacon Communications LLC, a Littleton provider of critical communications and life safety systems, has acquired All State Communications, a Minnesota-based company known for its advanced technology solutions. This acquisition enhances Beacon’s presence in the Upper Midwest and reaffirms its commitment to serving clients in the health care, government, education and commercial sectors.
Brad Walsh, CEO of Beacon Communications, said, “The integration of All State Communications into the Beacon family marks a significant milestone in our expansion strategy. All State’s reputation for excellence and innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to provide comprehensive communication solutions. Together, we are poised to offer unparalleled services to our clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Dakotas and beyond.”
All State Communications has provided communication and security solutions since 1998, meeting the specific needs of its clients throughout Minnesota and the surrounding area. The merger allows both companies to combine their expertise and offer a wider range of technologies and services to their customer bases.
This acquisition follows Beacon’s expansion efforts, including the opening of a new office in Utah in October 2023 and the acquisition of Thompson Engineering in 2024, aimed at supporting long-standing customers and extending services across the central and western United States. With this newest acquisition, Beacon Communications continues its growth, now serving more clients throughout the U.S. with additional capabilities and services.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, Beacon Communications is a national provider of mission-critical communications and security solutions, specializing in custom technology solutions ranging from design and engineering to installation and managed services.
