The sale of a small-bay industrial property located at 55th and Harlan in Arvada has been finalized. The property spans 32,800 square feet and was sold for $5,400,000.
The seller was AGF Property Management Corp, and the buyer is Harlan Partnership LLC. Tanner Digby, SIOR of Digby Commercial Advisors represented the seller, while Taylor Roy of Malman Real Estate represented the buyer.
