Jeffco BdB today released the first edition of its dynamic list of Colorado-based residential realtors with listings in Jefferson County, which includes (as of this writing) 336 agents. The ranking, which follows in the footsteps of BdB’s recently launched lists of Jeffco-based residential agents, commercial real estate agents and lists of brokerages (residential and commercial) updates daily with new rankings based on activity in the marketplace.
As of today, Emily Henderson of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty has topped the newly released 2025 Residential Real Estate Agents with Jeffco Listings in Jefferson County, Colorado, boasting a total dollar volume of listings at $23.49 million. Following closely are two more LIV Sotheby’s agents: Sean Endsley, whose listings amount to $21.52 million and Lark Stewart, with a total dollar volume of $19.67 million.
The list, which includes 336 agents, showcases various real estate professionals in the area, with other notable agents including Jessica Northrop of Compass Inc. at $19.25 million, ranked fourth, and Lori Abbey, also of Compass, at $16.36 million, ranked fifth. Julie Leins of Keller Williams Advantage Realty LLC rounds out the top six, as of today, with $16.05 million in listings.
The rankings take into account agents with at least two homes currently listed for sale, highlighting the competitive nature of the residential real estate market in Jefferson County.
